No, mnogi od nas s vremenom izgube kontakt s tijelom: zbog u\u017eurbanosti, stresa, traume ili dugotrajnog \u017eivota \u201cu glavi\u201d.<br \/><br \/>Open Floor praksa svjesnog pokreta i plesa pru\u017ea prostor za <strong>povratak u tijelo<\/strong> \u2013 u mjesto sigurnosti, resursa i autenti\u010dnosti. U njoj pokret nije koreografija. Svaka kretnja \u2013 mala ili velika, nje\u017ena ili sna\u017ena \u2013 postaje na\u010din istra\u017eivanja unutarnjih i vanjskih prostora na\u0161eg
