Polivagalna teorija u praksi Polivagalna teorija poma\u017ee razumjeti kako \u017eiv\u010dani sustav reagira na stres i sigurnost. U\u010dimo prepoznati ta stanja, prona\u0107i sidra regulacije kroz dah, pokret i kontakt te razviti kapacitet za povratak u povezanost i stabilnost.
