<strong>resilience and flexibility<\/strong> in the body and emotions,<\/li><li>explore and integrate <strong>deeper layers of yourself,<\/strong>,<\/li><li>find <strong>ease, connection, and or inner emptiness,<\/strong><\/li><li>feel <strong>detachment from the body, dissociation, or difficulty being present,<\/strong><\/li><li>live with patterns <strong>rigidity, inflexibility, or difficulties with flexibility in emotions, body, or relationships,<\/strong><\/li><li>want to explore and transform <strong>narcissistic and empathic dynamics<\/strong> in themselves or in relationships,<\/li><li>search<strong> better regulation of the nervous system and greater internal stability,<\/strong><\/li><li>want to develop<strong> authenticity, flow, and emotional class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Integrative Body-Oriented Psychotherapy (IBOP)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The foundation of my work is <strong>Integrative Body-Oriented Psychotherapy (IBOP)<\/strong> \u2013 an approach that combines personality and character analysis with <strong>direct work on the body.<\/strong><\/p><p>I use the method <strong>IRD \u2013 Integrative Developmental Dynamics<\/strong>, developed in <strong>Institute for Body Psychotherapy (CIR INTP),<\/strong> of which I am a co-founder.<\/p><p>IRD integrates:<\/p><ul role=\"list\"><li><strong>contact, breathing, movement, and voice<\/strong> to open up the energy flow,<\/li><li><strong>safe anchoring<\/strong> \u2013 presence in the body without retraumatization,<\/li><li>connecting levels: <strong>body \u2013 emotions \u2013 mind \u2013 deeper layers of the self.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>This process is not forced. It is done in <strong>the rhythm of your nervous system<\/strong>, respecting capacity and boundaries, which allows for <strong>gradual and sustainable integration.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cea53c e-grid e-con-full wpr-particle-no body \u2013 in breathing, muscle tensions, posture, or attachment patterns.<br \/><br \/>Through a safe, regulated process:<\/p><ul role=\"list\"><li>we strengthen <strong>the capacity for regulation and presence,<\/strong><\/li><li>we release <strong>frozen or dissociated parts of the experience<\/strong>,<\/li><li>we build <strong>internal support and resilience<\/strong> in the body and nervous Koristim metodu IRD \u2013 Integrativna razvojna dinamika, razvijenu u Institutu za tjelesnu psihoterapiju (CIR INTP), \u010dija sam suosniva\u010dica. IRD integrira: kontakt, disanje, pokret i glas za otvaranje energetskog protoka, sigurno sidrenje \u2013 prisutnost u tijelu bez retraumatizacije, povezivanje razina: tijelo \u2013 emocije \u2013 um \u2013 dublje slojeve jastva.
