A place where we live, through which we feel and connect \u2013 both with ourselves and with others. Yet, many of us gradually lose contact with our body due to busyness, stress, trauma, or prolonged living \u201cin our head.\u201d<br \/><br \/>Open Floor conscious movement and dance practice provides a space for <strong>reconnecting with the body<\/strong> \u2013 a place of safety, resources, and authenticity. In it, movement is not choreography. Every movement \u2013 small or large, gentle or strong \u2013 becomes a way to explore the inner and outer spaces of our
