IBOP\/ITOP connects the body, mind, and emotions and, through working with bodily experience, promotes regulation, balance, and my work, I use <strong>Integrative Developmental Dynamics (IDD)<\/strong> \u2013 a method developed at CIR INTP, which combines the Neo-Reichian work of Wilhelm Reich with new insights from <strong>developmental psychology and relational neurobiology<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The approach is rhythmic, aligned with the person's capacity, and focused on sustainable changes that arise from internal Temelji IRD pristupa IRD integrira tri klju\u010dna sloja: Kontakt, disanje, pokret i glas\u2028vra\u0107aju tijelu prirodan protok i izra\u017eaj. Sigurno sidrenje\u2028ja\u010da prisutnost i osje\u0107aj unutarnjeg oslonca. Povezivanje razina\u2028uskla\u0111uje tijelo, emocije, misli i dublje slojeve jastva za odr\u017eivu promjenu. Integracija principa bioenergetike i svjesnog pokreta Rad s tijelom obuhva\u0107a vje\u017ebe vitalnosti, svjesni pokret, dah i glas \u2013 alati koji povezuju tijelo i svijest. Cilj je uzemljenje i utjelovljenje, kako bi tijelo postalo stabilan izvor regulacije i autenti\u010dnog izraza. Razvojna psihologija i regulacija afekta Rana iskustva oblikuju na\u0161 \u017eiv\u010dani sustav i na\u010din povezivanja. Kroz proces u\u010dimo prepoznati stare obrasce, oja\u010dati kapacitet za prisutnost i regulaciju te stvarati nove, zdravije na\u010dine odnosa prema sebi i drugima. Rad s traumom i sigurno sidrenje Fokus je na razvojnoj i kompleksnoj traumi koja se pohranjuje u tijelu. Radom na sigurnom sidrenju i postupnom otpu\u0161tanju napetosti integriraju se potisnute emocije. Proces se odvija u ritmu tijela, bez forsiranja i uz po\u0161tovanje unutarnjeg tempa. Polivagalna teorija u praksi Polivagalna teorija poma\u017ee razumjeti kako \u017eiv\u010dani sustav reagira na stres i sigurnost. U\u010dimo prepoznati ta stanja, prona\u0107i sidra regulacije kroz dah, pokret i kontakt te razviti kapacitet za povratak u povezanost i stabilnost. Time stvaramo prostor za slobodu izbora i nove obrasce reagiranja. Podru\u010dja rada i fokus Radim s osobama koje \u017eele integrirati principe svjesnog i tjelesnog rada ili im je potrebna kra\u0107a, fokusirana podr\u0161ka. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e teme su razvojne traume, anksioznost te podr\u0161ka u \u017eivotnim promjenama i krizama. Tijelo postaje siguran prostor u kojem se obrasci mogu transformirati, a uvidi dolaziti iz mirnijeg mjesta. Uzemljenje i utjelovljenje Dva su klju\u010dna procesa: uzemljenje \u2013 kontakt s realno\u0161\u0107u i stabilno\u0161\u0107u, te utjelovljenje \u2013 do\u017eivljaj tijela kao resursa za sigurnost i kreativnost.
